our NON-CHEMICAL WATER TREATMENT works

One pillar of our system is our ”Neptune” C.A.T. Catalytic Water Conditioner. It is the world’s oldest catalytic Water Treatment device. 

Our 2-stage high-efficiency filtration is the second pillar of our system. It is specifically compatible with our non-chemical water treatment.

The third pillar is our UV sterilization unit which is industry proven to control bacteria in cooling tower systems.

Tower water treated with our system results in the precipitation of calcium carbonate as powder that falls in the bulk water solution, instead of the precipitation of the calcium carbonate type scale that adheres to the equipment surfaces and reduces heat transfer efficiency and shortens equipment life. 

Microbiological populations are controlled by: Encapsulation which involves bacteria attaching themselves to the forming and growing calcium carbonate powder and trapped in the powder as it continues to grow, and Electroporation where bacteria cell membranes are compromised and destroyed as the cells are exposed to electromagnetic fields.

Achieved by maintaining the treated water at or above calcium carbonate saturation which results in high pH levels, this Alkaline cooling water typically ensures adequate protection to mild steel and copper alloys and equipment life is maximized without using chemicals.
